Over 30 people were hurt as three cars of a Moscow metro train were derailed on the "blue" line, the Moscow emergency services told Interfax. "According to tentative reports, more than 30 people were hurt. Over 20 ambulance vehicles and rescuers rushed to the Slavyansky Boulevard station," the source said. He confirmed that "three cars came off the rail but did not capsize" due to a drop in contact wire voltage.

According to preliminary reports, four people were injured, as a metro train car derailed on Moscow's Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya blue metro line on Tuesday.

"According to preliminary reports, the fourth metro train car detailed 200m away from metro station Slavyansky Bulvar," a source in Moscow law enforcement agencies told TASS.

"Rescuers and firemen are evacuating people from the train that had stuck in a tunnel between metro stations Park Pobedy and Slavyansky Bulvar," the source said.
