Pentagon learns to control rats over Internet

After 15 years of research, the US government may be well on its way to control people’s minds, as American scientist report they have discovered a way to transmit information from one brain to another via Internet and control the thoughts of test subjects.

During a lab test, a group of scientists allegedly captured the thoughts of a rat in Brazil and transmitted them via Internet to the brain of a rat in the US.

They say as soon as the US rat received the thoughts of its Brazilian counterpart it began to mimic its behavior.

Scientists have dubbed their discovery a “brain link.” The $26 million study of a brain-machine was funded by the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which hopes to use this technology on humans.
