Medvedev not afraid of online criticism

Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev doesn’t get mad about Internet criticism of him and President Putin and claimed that such things are normal in any democracy.

The Prime Minister stated this at a press-conference after meeting with his Finnish counterpart Jyrki Katainen.

A Finnish reporter who asked Medvedev about online critics said that Katainen has no social network account or microblog as opposed to Medvedev.

Medvedev who has 822,000 followers on Facebook and over 439,000 on Twitter expressed readiness to share his web experience with his Finnish counterpart.

Katainen joked that online presence was the second difference between the two leaders after earlier it was discovered that Medvedev has an iPhone while Katainen goes for Nokia. However, both prime ministers wear watches of the same brand.
