The US city of Livermore, CA, is marking the 110th anniversary of the world’s oldest working light bulb. The bulb hung in a fire station in Livermore in 1901  has set the Guinness World Record. No one managed to reveal the bulb’s secret.

No one managed to reveal the bulb’s secret. Lynn Owens, local energy expert said  “Nobody knows how it's possible. It is an ordinary bulb, but nobody knows why it keeps burning… We've had scientists from all over the country look at this light bulb.”
