Seals are some of the most flexible and agile creatures in the marine world, even having a yoga position named after them called the "seal pose".
A seal workout videos on Twitter have literally become a hit, with the bulky creatures effortlessly nailing an ab workout leaving many humans gasping for breath.
The video showed a seal nailing the crunches with its fins on its head while another video showed one seal performing the snake pose by lifting its body above the surface.
