    Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Trevor McFadden said that Russian programmer Petr Levashov, accused by US authorities of Internet fraud, is facing an indictment on new charges.

    SEATTLE (Sputnik) — Russian programmer Petr Levashov, accused by US authorities of Internet fraud, is facing an indictment on new charges, Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Trevor McFadden stated on Friday.

    "A jury in Connecticut just yesterday has returned an indictment on eight counts," McFadden stated.
