About 120,000 people came out on the streets of Moscow to march in the traditional May Day parade, according to Moscow's Federation of Trade Unions.

More than 100,000 people have marched from Red Square onward to the main streets of the Russian capital to commemorate spring and Labor Day in Moscow. Moscow citizens carried flowers, especially tulips and lilacs, as symbols of spring, and children played with balloons, as this time usually is used by Russians to spend time with their families.
