Russia’s Foreign Ministry has posted a playful message to its subscribers, telling them to have a nice weekend. The looping video clip was edited and posted on popular video site coub.com as well as on the Ministry's Facebook page. It features a smiling Sergei Lavrov, Russia's Foreign Minister, waving his hand and blowing a kiss to his online fan-base.
It is accompanied with “The Shoop Shoop Song (It's In His Kiss)", performed by Cher.
The message quickly went viral in the web, with the users appreciating the idea and the ministry employees sense of humor.

“The Patriarch! Of Planetary Diplomacy! S. Lavrov!” praised another one.
The users unanimously agreed that they could watch the video endlessly.
