BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — The European Union is gravely concerned about the incoming United States administration's possible change in policy toward Moscow, Russia's Permanent Representative to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov said Monday.
"Of course, the prospect of policy changes in the new US administration is a matter of grave concern," Chizhov told RIA Novosti when asked if he deemed Brussels' political decision to extend anti-Russia sanctions weeks ahead of their expiry a manifestation of Brussels' fear over possible changes in Washington's approach toward Moscow.
