A woman in Dubai has sued for divorce due to her sexual frustration, The Gulf News reports.
"She complained that her husband is not able to perform marital duties two-three times in a day. He only does it three-four times in a week," said the source in the court.
The husband was medically examined. The results of medical inspection revealed that he was healthy and able to satisfy his wife.
The judge advised the woman that she should also undergo a medical examination, but she refused. The wife is demanding that the marriage be dissolved immediately or that an impact be made on the spouse.
The court has not made it's final decision yet, citing the fact that the woman's request is insufficient grounds for divorce.
According to Sharia Law, the only valid reasons for a woman to divorce her husband are if he is physically or and mentally ill, infertile, or if he has a negative attitude towards her.
