    The Iraqi security forces shot down on Saturday a Daesh drone in the country's western Anbar province.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Alsumaria broadcaster, the drone was struck down not far from the border with Jordan in the town of Rutba.

    The town mayor told the TV channel that the drone was equipped with a camera.

    On August 18, Iraqi militiamen were reported to have shot down a Daesh drone on its way from the northern Iraqi city of Mosul.
