Targeted Operation Against Turkish Coup Supporters Underway

According to the Turkey's National Intelligence Organization, operations against supporters and participants of the country's attempted coup are still ongoing.

ANKARA (Sputnik) — Operations against supporters and participants of Turkey's attempted coup are still ongoing and will be completed within two hours, Turkey's National Intelligence Organization (MiT) said Saturday.

"Targeted operations against the rebels are still continuing in several army units, but these will be over within one or two hours," the MiT said in a statement, as quoted by the NTV television channel.
