230 Injured in Brussels Attacks: 130 in Metro Blast and 100 at Airport
MOSCOW (Sputnik) Earlier in the day, a series of blasts hit Brussels' Zaventem airport and a city metro station, killing at least 34 people and injuring around 230. The Belgian authorities are treating the explosions as part of a coordinated terrorist attack.

“The security measures were increased with extra police at the airport and bigger [train] stations,” the spokesperson said, adding there is currently no information about whether any Dutch nationals were among those injured in Brussels blasts.

Earlier on Tuesday, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said Dutch citizens should reconsider traveling to Belgium.
