MOSCOW (Sputnik) — A total of 46 percent of potential US voters believe that Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton should suspend her campaign until all the legal issues regarding the e-mail scandal connected to her are settled, a Rasmussen Reports' poll issued on Tuesday found.
In March 2015, Clinton came under close scrutiny for using a personal e-mail account to conduct official business during her tenure as secretary of state, from 2009 to 2013. The Intelligence Community Inspector General has indicated that some of Clinton’s e-mails contained sensitive information that should have been classified as secret and not sent through an unclassified server.
Earlier in August, the Federal Bureau of Investigation launched an investigation into the security of Clinton’s private e-mail server.
