Russia may start to supply nuclear fuel to the United States by 2019-2020, Rosatom said Tuesday on its Twitter page citing Yuri Olenin, President of Russian nuclear fuel company TVEL, which is a part of the nuclear agency.

Russian TVEL Company Hopes to Take Over 10% of US Nuclear Fuel Market

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – On Monday, the TVEL company announced its plans to take over 10 percent of nuclear fuel deliveries to US nuclear power plants.

"According to the TVEL roadmap, in 2019 – 2020 Russian nuclear fuel must come to the US market," Olenin said while presenting the roadmap at the Atomexpo-2016 forum.
