WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The United States is unaware that any US citizens were aboard the EgyptAir Flight MS804 that crashed in the Mediterranean Sea, US Department of State spokesperson John Kirby said in a press briefing on Thursday.
"We still don’t have any indications at all that there were American citizens onboard," Kirby stated. "Obviously, we are still working our way through this, but at this time we know of no American citizens that were on board of the plane."
