    Cougars, also known as pumas, panthers and mountain lions, are the largest species of wild cats that can meow and purr just like their smaller domestic cousins.     These cougars live at Big Cat Rescue, an educational non-breeding sanctuary in Tampa, Florida, US, along with other feline residents. In this video, they can be heard meowing, purring, squeaking and even "responding" to a lady behind the camera.
