    US Jury Indicts Three Suspects in Murder of Russia Student Ziberov

    Three people were indicted on charges relating to the murder of Russian student Artem Ziberov and classmate Shadi Adi Najjar in the US state of Maryland just hours before his graduation, according to a representative from the State Attorney's office in Maryland.

    WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — A US Grand Jury has indicted three suspects in the murder of Russian student Artem Ziberov, a representative from the State Attorney's office in Maryland told Sputnik on Monday.

    "I can say that three people have been indicted on charges relating to that case. Those three people who were arrested by Montgomery County Police," the representative said.

    Police have identified the suspects as Edgar Garcia-Gasona, Roger Garcia and Jose Ovilson Canales-Yanez.

    A Grand Jury will set the trial date for the suspects on Friday, the representative said.

    "This coming Friday will be a scheduling. And we will determine the date for any motion hearing as well as trial day," the representative said.

    Ziberov, 18, was shot on June 5 along with his classmate Shadi Adi Najjar, 17, in the US state of Maryland just hours before his graduation.
