18:57 GMT 20.01.2017 (Updated: 11:30 GMT 06.08.2022) US President Donald Trump's administration will uphold citizens’ legal right to bear arms to protect themselves as outlined in the Second Amendment of the constitution, according to the America Law Enforcement Policy plan released by the White House on Friday.
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Trump was sworn into office as the 45th president of the United States earlier on Friday.
"Supporting law enforcement means supporting our citizens’ ability to protect themselves. We will uphold Americans’ Second Amendment rights at every level of our judicial system," the plan reads.
