MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The New York police are searching for suspects, who instigated a hostage situation in a jewelry store, local media reported Wednesday.
According to the Pix-11 broadcaster, a robbery attempt at the Kunal Jewelry store happened late on Tuesday. According to preliminary data, there were four male suspects, who reportedly instigate a hostage situation. An employee at the store hit an alarm, shortly after the offenders came in.
The suspects run away before the police officers arrived at the scene. Eventually, nothing has been taken away from the jewelry store, no deaths or casualties were immediately reported.
