WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Clinton leads Trump 57 to 33 percent among likely voters in New York, according to the NBC 4 News/Wall Street Journal/Marist Poll.
Trump has claimed the state of New York would be competitive because it is his home state, but it is also Clinton’s home state, and she represented New York in the US Senate for eight years.
The poll had a margin of error of 3.8 percentage points.
The US general election is scheduled for November 8.
