WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — One individual is in critical condition after a shooter injured nine people in a Texas shopping center on Monday morning, the Houston Police Department said in a statement.
Total of nine persons injured One in critical at Memorial Hermann Hospital. One serious at Ben Taub Suspect is deceased. FBI on scene.

The Houston police added that the shooter was deceased, and the bomb squad would focus on the attacker’s apartment after clearing his vehicle.

The attacker, who opened fire in southwest Houston early morning, was a lawyer, according to the police.

At present, US Federal Bureau of Investigation is working at the scene of the shooting, according to the Houston law enforcement.
