MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Saturday, the US National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for 10 US states. Some of the states have declared a flash flooding warning.

So far, the storms have damaged at least 100 buildings and caused several rivers to rapidly rise, the channel added.
