The African-American was acting erratically at the time of the shooting and appeared to be mentally ill. He was knocking on doors and crawling around without any clothes on.

The African-American ran at the police officer, when he arrived at the scene following a call from a local resident. The naked man refused to stop, prompting the officer to fire twice.
So… how long until the @DeKalbCountyPD says the officer who killed #AnthonyHill was in fear of his life? Or did they do that already?

The DeKalb County Police have not released the names of the deceased or the officer, who killed him. An investigation into the shooting is underway.
