    Ten killed in bus crash in West Siberia

    MOSCOW/YEKATERINBURG, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - Ten people, including two children, were killed and 29 wounded when a tour bus and truck collided in the Kurgan region (West Siberia) Thursday, local traffic police said.

    A Sanyo bus and a Volvo truck crashed on the Baikal-Chelyabinsk-Omsk highway killing both drivers.

    Six German tourists were also killed in the accident (there were 24 Germans on the bus), the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said.

    According to preliminary information, the crash was caused by low visibility.
