    On this episode of "By Any Means Necessary" host Eugene Puryear is joined by Ria Thompson Washington, National Vice President at National Lawyers Guild to discuss a National Day of Action by BYP100 and Black Lives Matter activist and organizers around the country and your rights while protesting.

    Glen Ford, Executive Editor of Black Agenda Report, and Nino Brown, Mass Action Against Police Brutality join Eugene in part two to discuss the shooting of an unarmed black therapist who was attending to a patient as well as another crazy night of rants from the RNC in Cleveland.

    And in a special segment Micah McCoy, Communications Director at the American Civil Liberties Union in New Mexico discusses the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's $475,000 settlement with a New Mexico woman for illegally subjecting her to vaginal and anal searches after she was detained at the Cordova Bridge point of entry in El Paso.
