08:30 GMT 10.02.2017 (Updated: 11:32 GMT 06.08.2022) Top diplomats from Russia and the United States are expected to meet in the near future, Russian ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak told reporters on the eve of Diplomats’ Day.
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The Russian ambassador added that the meeting will be a good starting point in improving the relationship between Russia and the United States.
"I am even certain, that in the near future the ministers will meet, everything is set for it and will be announced," Kislyak said on Thursday.
