WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The US administration thinks it is too early to evaluate the impact of Russia’s air group withdrawal from Syria on the negotiating position of Syrian President Bashar Assad, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said in a briefing on Tuesday.
"It is too early to assess exactly what impact this will have on the Syrian government negotiation position, on their willingness to negotiate and what reaction will be on the part of the opposition groups who are negotiating," Earnest stated.
