CAIRO (Sputnik) – Russia is serious in its wish to hold intra-Syria talks and crisis resolution, Riyad Naasan Agha, the spokesman of the Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC), told Sputnik.
"The Russians are serious in their desire to hold talks, resolve crisis. They are able to put pressure on the Syrian regime to make it agree to hold negotiations," the spokesman said.
