Airports, border crossing points in Turkey were warned of possible attempts of members of opposition Gulen movement to flee abroad, media reported Saturday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Anadolu agency, officers at the check points were instructed to increase the level of security.

Earlier in the day, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and other officials have blamed Turkish opposition cleric Fethullah Gulen and his supporters for the coup attempt.
