The working group of the government commission on the deadly crash of a Russian airliner in Egypt established its work plan for the operations at the site of the tragedy, deputy head of Russia's Emergencies Ministry Vladimir Stepanov said Sunday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Saturday, the Russian airliner, carrying 217 passengers and seven crew members crashed in the Sinai Peninsula en route from the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh to St. Petersburg. All people on board, including 25 children, were confirmed dead by Russian and Egyptian authorities.

"A clear program of action has been agreed. To date, a work plan for the Inter-Ministerial Working Group on the crash of the Russian plane has been created," Stepanov said during the working group's meeting.

The government commission was established shortly after the tragedy.
