    Russia, Iran, Iraq and Syria are sharing equal rights and responsibilities in the work of the Baghdad information center coordinating the fight against Islamic State militants, Russia's official representative at the center said Friday.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Kuralenko added that the responsibilities of of the sides will be established by a special charter to be adopted soon.

    "All four sides — Russia, Iran, Iraq and Syria — have equal rights in this information center," Lt. Gen. Sergei Kuralenko said in an interview with Rossiya-24 television.
