    Russia May Provide Reconnaissance Aircraft for Baghdad Info Center

    Hakim Zamli, the head of Iraq’s parliamentary committee on security and defense, said that Moscow could help Iraq in the fight against ISIL with reconnaissance aircraft and satellite images.

    MOSCOW(Sputnik) – Russia may supply the Baghdad Information Center with reconnaissance aircraft and satellite images in the fight against the Islamic State, the head of Iraq’s parliamentary committee on security and defense said Tuesday.

    “Russia has reconnaissance aircraft and a powerful network of reconnaissance and satellites, with these all of the countries can attain good results,” Hakim Zamli told RIA Novosti by telephone.

    The information center is to include specialists from Russia, Syria, Iran, and Iraq.
