A video from the Bahamas shows a man riding a jet ski during a flood, caused by devastating Hurricane Dorian, while the insane wind is still blowing over the region!
In the meantime, four US states announced a state of emergency to cope with the dangerous storm, and St. Johns County in Florida has issued a mandatory evacuation order.
