UK Police Arrest Man in Connection to Manchester Arena Attack

UK police said Saturday they arrested another man suspected of having connection to the deadly attack which hit Manchester in late May.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The police added that a total 17 people have now been arrested in connection with the investigation, six of whom have already been released, while 11 remain in custody.

"Officers investigating the attack on the Manchester Arena arrested a 24-year-old man last night in Rusholme. He was arrested on suspicion of offences contrary to the terrorism act," Greater Manchester police said on Twitter.
