Bomb Threat Prompts Evacuation at Brussels Train Station - Operator

Authorities in Brussels evacuated the Gare du Nord train station over a bomb threat, the Belgian Infrabel railway network operator said Wednesday.

BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — A separate bomb threat prompted an evacuation of the prosecutor's office, the Libre Belgique daily reported citing police.

"A message of an alleged bomb threat was sent to the police, all the people were evacuated from the station, the trains have stopped. This will continue until security services inspect the station, minimum an hour," spokesman Frederic Sacre told RIA Novosti.
