It was just another ordinary day in the small Irish town of Gorey in north County Wexford, when residents suddenly became witnesses to a very odd scene. A UFO, driving slowly through the town's streets was streets closely followed by a squad car with its lights flashing.
From the video posted on Facebook, it might seem like it was the slowest chase ever. However, it was less of a pursuit and more of a friendly escort, according to the police official who spoke to local media.
The spacecraft was actually created by local artist Ali Kemal Ali as part of the Space Pop Up Art Show, which was held at Gorey Park on July 29.
No people were harmed and no aliens have been arrested in this bizarre case.
