    Head of DPR emergencies ministry Alexei Kostrubitskiy said that lmost half of the residents left eastern Ukrainian city of Debaltseve, some 5,000 still remain there.

    DONETSK (Sputnik) — Almost half of the residents left eastern Ukrainian city of Debaltseve, some 5,000 still remain there, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic's (DPR) emergencies ministry Alexei Kostrubitskiy said Wednesday.

    "Tomorrow, seriously ill people will be taken out of the city. Those, who leave Debaltseve, will be placed in Donetsk, Shakhtarsk and Khartsyzk," Kostrubitskiy said.
