09:41 GMT 18.11.2016 (Updated: 19:19 GMT 03.11.2022) Lawmakers in Russia's lower house of parliament ratified in first reading the 2017 federal budget with the 2018-2019 planning period on Friday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The draft budget plans for a deficit of 3.2 percent GDP for next year, then 2.2 percent and 1.2 percent in the subsequent years.
The bill was submitted by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and Accounts Chamber Chairwoman Tatyana Golikova.
