Oil Output Consensus Depends on OPEC's Ability to Agree With Iran - UAE Official
ALGIERS (Sputnik) – Iraq hopes that the oil producing countries will be able to reach a deal on freezing crude production, it does not matter for Baghdad whether the agreement will be reached at the International Energy Forum in Algiers or at the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) member states in Vienna, Iraqi Oil Minister Jabar Ali Luaibi told Sputnik on Wednesday.

"We hope that we will be able to reach an agreement, it does not matter for us whether the decision will be taken in Algiers or Vienna. The most important thing is to reach opportunities for the agreement," the minister said.
