Russia is prepared for a pretrial arrangement with Ukraine on its $3-billion debt, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — At a press briefing at the Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency, Siluanov said:

"We will be ready to consider the question of a pretrial agreement. Provided that proposals of the Ukrainian side substantially differ from the ones, upon which commercial creditors have agreed. We will be unable to reach the agreement if the Ukrainian side takes the same stance."
