Earlier on Tuesday, Iran and the P5+1 group of international negotiators, namely China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany, reached a final comprehensive agreement to ensure the peaceful nature of Tehran's nuclear program in exchange for removing sanctions against the Islamic Republic.

VIENNA (Sputnik) — The implementation of the Iran nuclear deal will cost over $1 million per month, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said Tuesday.

"For your reference, the fund needed to implement the joint plan of action, an interim agreement that we are requested to monitor and verify, requires a fund of 1 million euro [over $1.1 million] a month. We think that the fund needed for the new agreement would not be too different" Yukiya Amano told reporters.

The IAEA will take into account Iran's security concerns in its monitoring and verification activities, Amano said.

"When Iran has security concerns, we are prepared to address sensitiveness of these issues. There are various ways how to do it."

Tuesday's nuclear deal with Iran outlines a clear timetable for the IAEA inspections in the country, Yukiya Amano said.

"Iran will present the explanation in writing by August 15, and IAEA will ask the questions based on that by September 15, and then we will review their explanations by October 15, and then we will provide a final assessment by December 15. The timeline is very clearly defined," Amano told reporters.

"The IAEA is requested it clarify the issues with the possible military dimensions," he noted.
