Russian Gas Supplies to China Not to Be Postponed

Gazprom’s Deputy Chairman Alexander Medvedev said that Russia’s gas supply contract with China does not provide for any postponements and outlines different pricing scenarios.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia’s gas supply contract with China does not provide for any postponements and outlines different pricing scenarios, Gazprom’s Deputy Chairman Alexander Medvedev said Tuesday.

“Regarding the Chinese contract, no postponements are envisaged, and the contract’s safety margin is sufficient to work calmly and confidently. Moreover, the contract outlines different pricing scenarios,” Medvedev said.
