MOSCOW, July 29 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for July 30 is 23.3278 rubles, down 3.32 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 36.7203 rubles, up 4.35 kopeks from Tuesday.
