MOSCOW, March 25 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from March 26 is 23.7010 rubles, down 13.41 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 36.8527 rubles, up 18.95 kopeks from Tuesday.
