MOSCOW, December 28 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from December 29 is 24.5398 rubles, down 9.89 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday is 35.9410 rubles, up 21.49 kopeks from Friday.
