MOSCOW, December 26 (RIA Novosti) - Natural gas output stood at 577 billion cu m in January-November 2005, up 0.6% year-on-year, the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry said on its Web site Monday.
Oil producers and independent gas producers increased their output 1.4% . Gazprom's companies upped their output 0.4%.
"[Russian energy giant] Gazprom's share [in natural gas output] remained at the 2004 level and totaled 86.1%," the ministry said.
The ministry said it forecasted 2005 natural gas output at 636 billion cu m, a 0.5% growth year-on-year.
In November 2005, natural gas output grew 2.7% year-on-year.
Oil producers and independent gas producers increased output 1.3%, while Gazprom's companies raised their output 3%.
According to the ministry, Gazprom has accumulated 62.6 billion cu m of commercial gas in its underground gas storages, a 0.2% growth year-on-year.
