MOSCOW, March 5, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Mikhail Fradkov rules out any measures uncoordinated with the government for the restructuring of RAO UES Rossii electricity utility.
"There will be no measures uncoordinated with the government for the restructuring of UES Rossii," Fradkov told the State Duma which is discussing his nomination to the post of the Prime Minister of Russia. "I can assure you of that," he said.
