KIEV, MARCH 3, 2004. (RIA NOVOSTI). The Ukrainian government approved the draft treaty of creating a Common Economic Environment (CEE) for Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, reported first vice prime minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov on Wednesday.
The government decided to submit the draft treaty to the country's Supreme Rada for ratification, said Azarov. According to him, members of the high-level group of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine agreed that these countries' parliaments will ratify the document in the first six months of 2004.
