KRASNOYARSK, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin speaks about the necessity of taking a number of decisions in the social sphere soon.
"In the near future a number of decisions should be taken in the sphere of medicine and education, in the social sphere," underscored Vladimir Putin on Friday, at the meeting with the rectors of higher educational establishments in Krasnoyarsk.
He reminded them of his words: "The budgetary money must be sent to this or another budgetary enterprise not because it simply exists in nature, but because it has achieved results in its activity that must be reflected in the product which it puts out."
